Heinz Mulligatawny Soup is a spicy soup containing a scrumptious mix of beef, rice, curry spices and a dash of mango chutney. Great with a slice of crusty bread, and particularly good with a nice warm naan bread.
The word Mulligatawny means ‘pepper water’, the soup being of Anglo-Indian origin. Heinz’s version is nice and easy to prepare – simply add to a saucepan and stir!

Heinz soups are hard to find in Holland so when I found British corner shop on the web I was so pleased to find all the soups that I loved. Heinz Mulligatawuny soup is great with the mild spice but warming without being too hot. This is a great soup to have with either a garlic naan bread or just a plain naan bread.

Warming and hearty soup, for me perhaps the best of the Heinz Soup variety. Delicious mild curry flavoured soup, with a crusty roll you have a satisfying lunch or supper meal. It contains some rice and pieces of meat, so it is like a liquid curry. Very handy especially in the winter days.
