Traditional Italian sweet loaf baked in Italy to a family recipe and enriched with butter and egg yolk for a soft, feathery crumb.
Studded with plump sultanas and candied Sicilian orange and citron peel for a fragrant citrus flavour.
Serve sliced for breakfast or afternoon tea. Supplied in a box. Store in a cool, dry place and, once opened, reseal and eat within 7 days.
