Rice Pudding has always been a very comforting dessert ever since I was a kid. It is so creamy, so rich, sweet, and wholesome, I like to open up a can and add a dollop of jam on top or add some fresh berries as a garnish. Occasionally, I like to sprinkle a handful of raisins for added flavor. This can be eaten warm or cold depending on your preference and can be made in a flash.
