I try to stay away from salad dressing since even most light varieties tend to be bland. Not the case with Mary Berry Light Salad Dressing. Light and full of flavour, this dressing is delicious over greens, and makes a lovely dressing for potato salad. This will definitely be a staple in my kitchen cupboard.
