We've bought this Christmas pudding for the past five or six years. It's always a hit in our house. It's rich in flavour and spice but not as overpowering as other puds out there. We usually have it with brandy sauce. Tastes great warm and cold. The size is good as well. We're a family of five and we tend to buy the 800g pud, and we always have enough left over the next day. Highly reccommended.

What can I say, I love Matthew Walkers Puddings, For nearly 50 years I have had a walkers pudding at Christmas, only 3 or 4 times in the past have I chosen a different brand and only once have I been happy with the alternative. It's great that they are more widely available now, I remember back in the '70s and '80s it was harder to find them easily. The balance of flavours and spices is just perfect. They are moist and the fruit selection is generous, great texture and not rubbery like some of the tester mini puddings that I have tried on occasions. When it comes to Christmas this is the whole package, you really do need a great pudding and the same when it comes to Mince Pies. Definitely try one if you haven't before or don't have any loyalty to your usual.
