I love mince pies and usually make my own because we can't buy them in Poland but this year I bought these Mr Kipling ones because I have a new baby and no time and they are just excellent! Buttery pastry and a lovely rich filling. They remind me of home! I can't wait to heat one up and have it with cream. Yum!

5 starsAntonietta from Italy on

I simple love mince pies!! Pity that they really are a xmas product. These are absolutely delicious, so I've bought a few to keep me going over xmas... I 've also bought the mince on this shop to make my own mince pies, but the pastry isn't the same, because these have soft buttery pastry. My homebaked pastry is just not up to it!! Happy xmas and new year to all Brit expats on British corner Shop! suggestion: mince pies all year round?

5 starsRobert from Poland on

If you think mince pies are for Christmas only then think again!! A good mince pie is great anytime of the day anytime of the year!! Mr Kipling mince pies are a great treat for everybody at anytime!!! nice cappuccino slightly warmed mince pie!! nice crumbly pastry with a delicious spiced fruity filling that is so moreish it would be rude not to eat two

3 starsLina from Belgium on

I'm not really convinced of these pies. I've had other brands, like Walkers who are better. The dough is alright, not too crumbly, not too sweet but the mince filling was not so great, it doesn't fill the whole pie, it seemed more like a compote with a few whole raisins in it. Next year I go back to Walkers.

5 starsGina from United States on

These are so incredibly scrumptious and exceeded my expectations! Perfect crust to filling ratio and the filling is the perfect blend of fruit and spices. These are good-sized deep pies and I am SO glad I ordered 3 boxed but now I'm wondering if that's enough! Have loved absolutely everything about this store the prices are reasonable, the products are fresh and the shipping is fast and secure. I saved a great deal by ordering from British Corner Shop.

5 starsAnabel from Spain on

We've been buying Mr. Kipling Mince Pies from British Corner Shop for the past 3 years now. The product itself is top. The filling is not too rich. The blend of spices and dried fruit are just right and create a very moreish pie. The delivery to Spain is always perfect, the pies arrive intact and store for a couple of weeks unopened. The price is also very affordable for the quality. Highly recommended!

I normally have another name brand of mince pies sourced locally here in the States, but am glad I ordered the Mr Kipling mince pies from BCS! The short crust pastry is not too thick, and a perfect ratio with the mince filling. The mince itself is nice and spicy, but not overpowering, and not too sloppy. The little dusting of sugar on top of the festive snowflake shapes is the perfect touch. So nice warmed a few seconds in the microwave.

5 starsDenise from United States on

Mr Kipling mince pies are the epitome of Christmas, Golden, buttery pastry crammed full with rich, moist fruit. Eaten alone they are excellent but when combined with hot custard they are absolutely delicious.

5 starsAnnike from France on

A total must if you live abroad and want a taste of English Christmas. Very good quality products, and great to warm up and share with friends around a nice cup of tea. I have had excellent feedback from family and friends in France who have enjoyed these and discovered a little more about British traditions.

5 starsAlistair from Austria on

As the old advert goes, Mr Kipling does make exceedingly good cakes. These mince pies are one of life's Christmas essentials.

3 starsHelen from United States on

A small but important difference when you're aiming for a touch of home, the ones we received were the Australian ones and slightly different as well as a little broken up. Nothing world ending, they were still shortcrust and the filling was still a taste of tradition if not exactly the same tradition.

5 starsGabriele from Italy on

LOVE these, just in time to have them for the Christmas season and they look so cute as well.

5 starsJoe from Netherlands on

I am sorry to say I was very disappointed, cost saving seems to be in fashion these days and the crust was so thin we could not pick them up as the fruit had bleed through. Maybe just a bad batch because they were all ways the best for many years.

5 starsEileen from Canada on

I bought two boxes of Mr Kipling mince pies in my last order. My intention was to freeze them for Christmas. I decided to open a box - oh my are they ever gorgeous, lots of mincemeat, great pastry, pastry holly on the top. I ate two and had another for breakfast the next day. Can't wait until Christmas to try my other goodies from BCS.

5 starscamille from France on

My mom LOVED those! We live in France and we discovered mince pies through an English friend who used to own an English food shop in our town. She unfortunately closed her shop and we've been craving mince pies ever since so finding these was a real Christmas miracle! The pie is so good, buttery and perfectly crumbly and the filling is divine. We finished the three packs we got in two weeks!!!

5 starsNuala from Italy on

Mr Kipling cakes are always the best, in my opinion. I love all their cakes but at Christmas it has to be mince pies. You can leave out the pudding and the cake but you can't do without mince pies. Lovely a bit warmed up and with a glass of medium-dry sherry.

5 starsLiam from Netherlands on

I can only have a few mince pies at christmas and it has to be Mr Kiplings! The pie is crumbly and buttery and the filling is very tangy, moist and flavourful. You can have them as it is or, as I like to have them, warmed up in the oven and served with a little bit of cream to soften the flavours.
