Product information
Fluted pasta named after the Italian word for lilies and shaped like a flower. Originating in Tuscany, it is perfect paired with thicker sauces.
Made in Italy with 100% durum wheat and pure spring water, slowly dried for extra flavour and pressed through a bronze die for a rough texture.
Dried gigli pasta in a bag. Cook for 7 minutes for al dente or 9 minutes for a softer texture. Store in a cool, dry place.
