Product information
Large tubular rigatoni pasta made in Italy with 100% durum wheat and pure spring water. Its distinctive ridges are ideal for capturing heavier sauces.
Slowly dried for extra flavour and pressed through a bronze die for a rough texture that holds rich pasta sauces beautifully when cooked.
Cook in boiling, slightly salted water for 9 minutes for al dente or 11 minutes for a softer texture. Store in a cool, dry place.
