Product information
Dried rice shaped pasta made from durum wheat semolina. Orzo dates back to ancient times and is often referred to as risini due to its small, rice-like shape.
Made with 100% Italian durum wheat and pure spring water, slowly dried for extra flavour and pressed through a bronze die for a rough texture that holds sauces well.
Cook in boiling, slightly salted water for 8 minutes for al dente or 10 minutes for a softer texture. Store in a cool, dry place.
