I love using this! I use it most often for chicken - dip it in eggs and seasonings and then coat with the breadcrumbs it's my kids favorite and they ask for it regularly! Oh and I also use it in making my meatballs. Wish it came in a bigger container

I love most vegetables. My all time favourite has to be cauliflower, raw with dip, covered in home made cheese sauce or the ultimate - deep fried cauliflower.
Put florets in boiling water for one minute, dip in beaten egg, roll in Paxo Golden Bread Crumbs, deep fry until golden brown,drain on kitchen paper.
This brand of breadcrumbs are of excellent quality.

The Paxo bread crumbs give a good crisp coating to veal or chicken to give a "milanese" based meal. Dip the veal or chicken slices in egg and the in the crumbs and fry. I often mix herbs such as sage or thyme with the crumbs to give added flavour.
I also use them in the mixture for meat balls with minced meat, onion, herbs and egg binding.
Pricey but convenient.
