If you are always on the go or tend to run late in the mornings, Quakers Express Pots is the way to go. The Golden Syrup flavor is sweet and delicious, yet it gives you a healthy start to your day. Just heat up some water until hot and add to the oats mix, and then stir well till it reaches the correct consistency. I also like to add a few blueberries or cut up strawberries on top for added flavor.
