I bought this stuffing to use at Christmas, not only to stuff the turkey with, but also to make stuffing balls. They went down really well with all our party guests, and I was very happy with them. The difference between this stuffing mix and Paxo is very subtle; the herbs are more flavourful and it has a lighter colour, so when cooking it on its own as opposed to inside a bird (or any other "inside" method), it doesn't go too dark and look burnt. Overall very satisfied and would buy it again.
