Pure chocolate indulgence from The Original Cake Co., this Chocolate Yule Log is a real Christmas day treat.
Made the old-fashioned way from family-run artisan Lincolnshire bakery, this yule log is light and spongey and drizzled with Belgian chocolate and finished with a sugar holly leaf.
Not suitable for those with a nut allergy. Each chocolate cake is approximately 275 grams in weight, serving 6-8 people.

Oh my goodness, this is the best chocolate log cake I have ever had unless I count the one my grandma used to make, but who has time for that these days? and one I hope BCS will be stocking for Christmas 2023! It has a lovely consistency, soft at the top, mildly crunch at the bottom, almost like a brownie. There is not too much chocolate topping which sometimes means the cake is too sickly and the flavour is rich and decadent. A real chocolate lover's cake. What's more, it is made by a company in Lincoln, so it is a truly homegrown treat.
