These baked crisps are a healthy alternative to your standard crisps out there on the market. The ridged texture is what is appealing along with the tangy salt and vinegar flavor. They are less oily than most crisps. Plus being baked instead of fried gives a lower calorie snack, which means it wouldn't be so bad to indulge a little.

Check out the fat per 25g bag -- just 2 grams. Now, that wouldn't count for anything if these crisps were as bland as rice crackers, but both my wife and I actually prefer the taste.
The roasty undertone doesn't swamp a pronounced salt and vinegar flavour, and the texture, ridged by the way, is much more pleasant and potato-like than the standard kind which now seem like grease bombs and I would guess are going out of fashion.
Different, yes, but better for you, better textured, and possibly you may agree better tasting.
