These tasty nutritious bars are so fruity and perfect for summertime mornings. They are low in calories and contain oats, wheat flakes, juicy strawberries, raspberries, and cranberries, all topped off with a drizzle of yogurt. This is a very light, healthy treat and loaded with fiber. I wish the pack came with more than five bars as sometimes I feel that one is not enough to fill you up.

Tasty and low in calories, great if your on a diet and want a sweet treat. For only 64 calories they contain over 4 grams of fiber which I think is great. The only problem with these is then are so small that having them for breakfast will leave you hungry but as a mid morning snack they are great at stopping sweet cravings and keeping you going till lunch.
