Bisto has a great reputation for making gravy granules!! And in Bisto Best Roast onion gravy granules they have surpassed themselves!! To be honest im a complete fan of most of the Bisto range but this has to be up there with the very best!! so very simple to make and though it goes extremely well with a variety of homecooked meals!! Nothing beats the taste of sausage mash onions and Bisto best roast onion gravy granules

I found it to be q good value and the taste allows you to add other meats/onion flavourings to it to create a unique gravy. I have even used it with other gravy mixes to ass colour and body to the finished gravy I used it with. I'm familiar with the brand as they did distribute it the basic gravy powder in the US for a while via the Campbell Soup Company and continue to do that with some Bisto varieties sold in Canada. Certainly, a must buy when I next order here.

I am a big fan of gravy, like most Brits! I prefer this roast onion flavoured one, rather than the chicken or beef ones because I can pair it with many different meat and meals. I used this as a standard gravy to go with a traditional British Sunday dinner, but I also use it to make meat pies and stews. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because it is quite easy to make this too thick or lumpy in my opinion.

I use and love all this range and this one, in particular, is very versatile for using in so many dishes, you can add Mustard, garlic, wine, herbs and even Horseradish Sauce to the dependent on hat you are making, fantastic in a stew in the crockpot or on sausages or the good old Sunday Roast.
