I wasn't expecting much from Border's Light and Chocolatey Viennese Whirls I only bought them because they were on sale and I couldn't find the Mr Kipling's Deluxe Millionaire Whirls. But they are delicious! I shared them with fellow expats, who all agree they're better than Mr Kipling's Viennese Whirls. I will be ordering these again.
