Surprisingly good, given that it is a CoOp's own product! Lemon curd is one of those traditional British toppings you can use on just about anything, from fresh bread, to toast, to top or sandwich together cakes or scones. I've even stirred it into plain yoghurt before, and it is very tasty! CoOp's lemon curd has a well balanced flavour and is not too sweet which is a common problem nor too tart, and, as I discovered, is a very easy treat for all the family to enjoy. Just don't spread it too thickly, otherwise it might be a little much. I'm definitely buying it again!
