Fry light better than butter oil spray!! is a good way of cooking lots of different items but is it really better than butter i suppose from a health point of view then the answer may well be yes!! from a taste point of view I'm not so sure!!! but as i say as a cooking aid this product is very good and a couple of sprays is general enough for any dish you are going to prepare

Excellent quality! I've used a few similar brands but this is the only one that doesn't get blocked after a few uses. It's ideal for anyone following a low-calorie or slimming world-type diet but also for self-catering holidays camping as it's so easy to carry without leaking. It stops food from sticking to the pan and adds a lovely buttery flavour too.

Trying to follow and Slimming World plan whilst living abroad is really tricky. Therefore these are really worth buying to try and cut down on calories. This flavour is not as good as the other flavours, but once I have added my spices and herbs, I still enjoy my meal. I would still rate it as five stars, but the other flavours are better!

This stuff is a lifesaver when trying to cook low-calorie food abroad or follow a weight loss plan. You just need a few sprays to stop stirfries, omelettes or meat sticking to the pan when frying. This particular flavour has a mild, buttery taste and I really like it sprayed on corn on the cob before it's grilled.

I use a lot of Fry Light when I cook but this is the only flavour I don't like. I find this to be too artificial. I don't appreciate the smell. However, I can't complain about it's consistency or usefulness in cooking. It works just as well as any other Fry Light variety.
