Great product always have a spare in the cupboard, olive oil is a favourite of mine when preparing food but using this little beauty allows me to reduce the amount I use which is something I am very pleased to do, the taste is good and its something I would recommend to anybody.

I always have some of this in the cupboard, it's perfect for calorie control. It's very handy that it comes in a pump spray, as this makes it much easier in controlling the amount that you use. I like to use it on my sweet potato oven chips, and I also like to add paprika to the mix. This is also nice lightly sprayed on to a salad for extra flavour.

Fry Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray makes preparing healthy, tasty meals much easier. A few sprays in the frying pan means only a few calories added to the food so frying becomes an option even when you need to keep the intake of fat down. Extra virgin olive oil is in also the healthiest oil you can use.

I love Fry Light! This stops food from sticking, makes amazing chips when sprayed onto potatoes and placed in the oven! I cook with it a lot and I really like the olive oil version.The flavour is less over powering than a standard extra virgin olive oil but for light frying it's a great light option!

Recipes often state "drizzle oil over ......". I always fail and end up with drowning everything in oil.

The Fry Light olive oil spray is therefore a real asset to me as it allows me to control the quantity.

Taste is ok although not as pure as a good virgin olive oil.

The drawback of the spray nozzle is that the spread is quite wide and care needs to be taken to avoid a lot of cleaning up.

Fry Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray is perfect if you just need to give a very light coating of oil to the pan when you're cooking. I wouldn't use it for frying anything, moreover just for 'browning' meat in a pan or before cooking an omelette. It will prevent from sticking and doesn't add hardly any calories. The taste is good, olive oil is my favourite oil for frying or cooking with, so it suits me fine.

I have been using Fry Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray quite a lot recently due to my diet and I am not too keen on it.

Whilst it does do its job, I'm not seeing much benefit from it as I find myself using a lot of it. For example, it's 1 calorie per spray and you usually end up using about 20 sprays when cooking something like chicken.

Granted, it's still lower than normal oil, but it's not doing what it says on the tin.
