Some products are just not available to me here in Poland so I was very happy to find I was able to buy this item, it is something I use regularly when cooking and find it very good and you do not have to use much to get good results!! I'm very pleased

Great for everyone on Slimming World whilst living away. Greatly reduces calorie intake and lasts for quite a while. I find these work the best in ovens, coat your food such as potatoes in the oil and pop into the oven. Hey presto, nice crispy chips, roast veggies and so on. So easy and does not feel naughty at all.

I discovered Fry Light when I was following the Slimming World diet, and think its a really good idea for reducing calories when you are on a diet. It tastes neutral and you can use it with pretty much everything. However, I personally found that just one or two sprays was not enough when frying: I found that the foods I fried kept getting quite burnt unless I sprayed the pan a few more times. Sunflower oil is actually quite healthy with its vitamin E content, and so normally I would use the oil itself rather than the spray.

Fry light sunflower oil spray is a genius product everyone should have in their kitchen. It prevents spillages and guarantees an even cooking. I also find it super useful during the summer months when I have a barbecue. You do not need much every time so the bottle is economical. It is also great for greasing baking trays.

Fry light is a really handy product to have in the cupboard. It can be used in cooking and in baking, and at only one calorie per spray it's a much healthier alternative to oil.

It doesn't have a flavour so it wont change the taste of your dish and you can enjoy your meal without the guilt of extra calories from oil.

I like to use Light Fry when I baking more than when I'm cooking meals. It is indispensable when your in a hurry, and lets face it, who isn't, for pre oiling pans and baking tins. It has no flavour so works well for sweet or savoury baking. Just a few sprays and the most odd shaped baking in is ready to be floured and used. I love it.

My wife always makes me use Fry Light when I'm cooking for her, instead of my usual glug of olive oil. At first I complained but actually I am now a convert, and use this for a lot of my cooking now.

I find it's especially good for doing home cooked chips in the oven, just a few sprays on a baking tray and over the top of the chips works a treat. Feels much healthier too.
