Greens Red Quick Jel Single Sachet makes it easy to create fabulous bakes that look professional and taste sensational.
Use it for fruit pies, tarts and other desserts made with red fruits, and they will set in just 20 minutes.
Simply mix this Quick Jel with fruit, sugar and water in a pan on the hob, boil for 1 minute, then stir as it cools for 10 minutes until the gel firms.
