The perfect product to add to a pastry case homemade or not. Very simple to use and clear instructions. It's so simple you can easily do it with your children and give them the satisfying feeling of having baked a very good lemon meringue pie in no time! Great taste. Works perfectly well each time, even if you aren't a great cook like myself. Can also replace lemon curd in many recipes.

Green's lemon pie filling mix saves you the hastle of making lemon curd, and is also cheaper than buying a jar of ready made curd too. You will need to have a pastry case at hand. Make up the mix with water and egg yolks and fill the case. Whisk the egg whites with sugar and top the lemon cream. Follow the baking instruction and in less then no time you have a delicious lemon meringue pie. Fool proof!
