I have always loved jelly but it is very difficult to find here in Italy. Thankfully I can buy it here . It makes it better that it is sugar free so it is practically guilt free too! I love to make it up and use it for desserts or to add to a G and T! Full of flavour and you can't even tell that it is the healthy version of jelly!

You cannot go much wrong with Hartleys jelly, I think. What I like the most about these jelly sachets is the fact that the jelly is fine, instead of the big cubes of jelly that seem to take forever to dissolve. With these jelly packets, the jelly instantly dissolves in hot water. Just a few stirs is enough and then you are ready to leave the jelly to set!
