Pickled onions were always a part of the holiday season when evening salad options were served. The combination of both a tangy and sweet onion makes this perfect for any salad or just as a side for cold meals. I like to keep the vinegar in the jar and use it on chips or fries if you are from US. Great flavour all round and although my US family aren't fully convinced on these others have loved them. If you like onions with flavour take a chance and buy these.

These are absolutely delicious! They are equally tangy as they are sweet. They are a great and healthy way to jazz up your salad or just a healthy snack. Be careful though as they are incredibly more-ish, once you have had one you will have about 10 more! These are a Boxing Day lunch tradition in my family
