Knorrs crofters thick vegetable soup is incredibly easy to make, it is so nice to have a hearty soup available in 10 minutes. I also find it good value for money and great quality. I like to dip some nice warm bread in it to make it extra homey and indulgent. It is a great alternative to unhealthy snacks.

This is my favourite soup ever. It's rich, creamy and delectable.
Of course since it comes in a packet it's extremely easy to make, and literally takes ten minutes to prepare.
The soup itself has a rich, savoury taste, with veggie bits in it for texture. My favourite way to eat it is to hollow out a crusty roll and eat the soup from the bread bowl. In the past, I've also added grated carrot or frozen peas for when I need a bit more substance than soup.
Highly recommend this soup!
