Like all Knorr stock cubes, these are absolutely fantastic. They add a great flavour to soups, stews and casseroles, and like all other Knorr stocks cubes they're MSG free. Though I'm not personally vegetarian, I use these all the time to make meatfree meals, and it's good to have them onhand for entertaining veggie guests.

Knorr Vegetable Stock Cubes are probably the most flavourful stock cubes available. I use these for even for non-vegetarian foods, for example to a spaghetti bolognese sauce where you might normally use a beef stock cube.
If you do not use these everyday, this pack of 8 will last you a long time.

I love these stock cubes for the soups I make and they are a lot better than US ones as they have too much salt added. The flavour of these is so good and I make carrot and coriander soups, also use for vegetarian dishes I make now and again.

The brand of stock cubes that I normally buy is Knorr as I think they have the best flavour. When I make minestrone or vegetable soup I prefer to use vegetable stock cubes as they enhance the flavour of the vegetables without covering it with a meaty taste.
