Madras is one of my favourite sauces from the Indian selection, and I like it with chicken breast,but all kind of meats can be cooked using this sauce.
The effect is always very good, you can't get it wrong.
Fry the meat in a little oil add some onions and peppers and cover to simmer in the sauce.
Great.
