This product very much resembles shredded wheat bitesize with a fruit filling and with Marks and spencer blueberry wheats you get exactly that with a pureed blueberry filling!! Being easy to prepare just add the amount of cold milk that suits yourself and proceed to eat a very tasty breakfast which has a crunchy wheat outer and a tart blueberry filling but I find no need to add sugar!! wonderful cereal
