This Christmas pudding was just as good as a regular Christmas pudding. I served them up to my family. The only way they knew the pudding was gluten free was because I ate it too. I have tried making gluten free Christmas pudding myself, but the texture was off. This pudding had a nice texture. It was rich, and perfect with some custard.
