Penguin biscuits have been around for some time in the UK. Chocolate biscuit filled with a chocolate cream then covered in chocolate. The biscuit sandwich combination is delicious and is great as a treat or to put in kids lunch boxes. Although each pack comes with eight bars they never last too long. Another Mcvities classic biscuit bar and certainly one to try.

pick up a penguin!! remember the tv ad sorry i only remember that bit but McVities penguin chocolate 8 pack is as good today as its always been!! homed in the fridge you get a wonderful tasting crispy biscuit with a chocolate cream running through the middle only to be completely covered in total chocolate!! great tasting little biscuit or chocolate bar I'm not sure but very tasty

These have a great crunch and strong chocolate flavour to them. It's not bitter chocolate but robust milk chocolate taste with the right balance of sweetness and chocolate making it perfect for a chocolate fix. This product has been around forever and tastes just like I remember. They're versatile enough for a snack or a dessert. As they have a bit more of a tough crunch than the average biscuit, they travel pretty well too.

Brand 'McVities' 'Penguins' have had innumerable comparisons with the Australian 'Tim Tams'. In my humble opinion, both products are good enough to be tried and enjoyed! 'Penguins' are essentially milk chocolate covered crisp, crunchy, and thick biscuits. The biscuits are individually wrapped, which makes them perfect for sharing and/or stored as a 'pick me up' after a meal for satisfying one's sweet tooth. The biscuits in themselves are tasty, and the milk chocolate covering provides for a chocolatey mouthfeel. This product has its components complementing each other very well. It is certainly worth the purchase.

If you enjoy ultimate chocolate biscuits, you will like Penguin biscuits, they are delectable.
They remind me of a particular day years ago when our parish priest would visit our home on every second Sunday.
My mum would serve tea in the parlour, she would use her best china tea set and have Peguins on a matching plate.
We children were told in advance we were allowed one biscuit each. I overheard my dad one Sunday telling my mum that the priest always ate three biscuits and that was probably why we saw him so often, he liked and ate our Penguins.
As I watched the priest eating his third biscuit I said "My dad said you always have three biscuits and that is why you come to see us so often"
The upshot of my actions......I lost television privileges for a week, the poor priest continued his visits but never again ate more than one Penguin biscuit.

P-P-P-P-Pick up a penguin. It is so easy to pick up a penguin. You can also pick them up for more than one occasion. They are delicious biscuit treats that are a decent size to accompany the rest of the contents in your packed lunch.
Depending on your sense of humour you may find some of the jokes on the packaging extremely amusing.

I have fantastic memories of my childhood and Penguin chocolate biscuits are part of them, among other things obviously. I'd always find one in my lunch box when I was a kid and I still love them now. The chocolate biscuit is very crisp, the filling and coating is made from good quality chocolate. A nine pack is a good idea because you will probably have to share them.

This is a simple chocolate covered biscuit but they are very addictive. They also have jokes on the back to keep the kids entertained.
