I haven't been able to find Ginger Nuts in the U.S. recently, so I am pleased to be able to order them from the British Corner Shop. I especially like them, as they are nondairy. Delicious, too, with a cup of tea or coffee!

McVities ginger nuts certainly a good old fashioned traditional British biscuit!! Nice and crispy with a great ginger flavour texture that gives pleasure with every bite but it is also a great dunking biscuit that is enjoyed by the whole family but just as little thing that i like to do is when i make a cheesecake i use ginger nuts rather than the usual digestive adding great flavour

McVities Ginger Nuts. Well, what can you say. They are exactly what you would hope for, expect for and you get it in spades. I love these, 2 or 3, would love more but have to ration myself, so I don't run out too quickly, just before my first morning coffee, seems to give the coffee taste a lift somehow. Just wist that there were lots more in a packet so I didn't run out so quickly. P.S. dunking is not for me. Enjoy the crunch.

I don't think anything could replace dunking a ginger nut biscuit in your brew! And then drinking your ginger tinted tea afterwards. I am not sure if making a brew and having a biscuit with it or want to eat more biscuits and make a brew for them, either way, the pack doesn't last long in our family.

Ginger Nuts are these perfectly crisp biscuits with a nice ginger spice flavor to them. The prominence of the ginger flavor is definitely noticeable and if you are a ginger fan, you will take a liking to these biscuits or cookies. They are crunchy in texture and perfect for dunking in your cup of tea if you wish. To be honest, I find them very refreshing.

Yum! Have had these in England, however, they are hard to find freshish in the States. They are usually close to the expiration date here at places like World Market, etc. so they tend to be a touch stale and don't have that great snap. The sharpness of the ginger is on point and again, difficult to find in the States there are some decent easy-to-find Scandinavian biscuits cookies with wonderful flavor, but they are wafer thin and don't have the same satisfying bite. Will purchase again.

Good value for money. Lovely crunchy biscuits with just the right amount of ginger. Lovely dipped in tea or just munching away in the evening. Mcvities biscuits never fail. Best make of biscuits on the market.

A smashing product with a wonderful flavour for anyone who likes ginger ! A perfect dose of spice and an ideal treat to offer friends popping over for a cup of tea. Very comforting and addictive, you will find you eat up the packet faster than you thought. Lovely on cold winter days too. I should have ordered more !! Thrilled they can be sent to France !

I used to eat these all the time as a kid in Yorkshire... they were SOOOO good whether dipped in hot tea or not!! Now, they have an even more intense taste then I remember my German colleagues were so impressed by them that I will have to reorder much sooner than I expected!

I love this product so much! I remember buying loads of these while I was on vacation in London last year! So glad that you guys have such a wide selection to choose from. It definitely makes me want to visit the U.K. again! I would definitely recommend this product. Five stars!

Dare I say that I have 6 packages of these stashed away! Out of this world crunchy, ginger cookies. THE best thing you will ever dunk in your warm tea in the winter. I will never buy another brand of ginger cookie again. The ginger is strong and prominent in these cookies or biscuits as they are called in their place of origin. I am a true ginger lover, as I eat candied ginger in chunks. I get that same great flavour here.I have found they also work well when my grand kids have an upset tummy. Or at least they SAY their tummy aches, I have a feeling they just want Nana's cookies. Absolutely the best you will taste, if you love ginger you must try these at least once but believe me you will be as sorry as I was the first time when I only order one package. Now I know to order by the 12 dozen if not more at a time. The have a nice long shelf life and are sealed very well.

These are probably the best ginger biscuits on the market. They are crisp and nicely spicy, ideal for enjoying with a cup of tea or coffee. In fact, they are especially delicious when dipped into a cup of hot tea with milk! They keep well in a tine once opened.

I live in Greece where these biscuits are simply not available. I can say that quite clearly as I have searched everywhere. In the past I used to get family and friends to load up their suitcases, but now I simply sit at my computer screen happily ordering anything from British Corner Shop which takes my fancy. Now THAT is luxury.

Can't find ginger biscuits in France - at least not in my neck of the woods. These are tops for flavour and go down with a welcome cup of tea at any time of the day. Consequently, I'm going to get through my supply from British Corner Shop pretty quickly.

As I type, I am thinking; 'I'll have my Ginger McVities before Easter'! Better than an Easter egg. They really are the best, and so crunchy. No other biscuit can compare. They have the perfect ginger flavour. Maybe I should have ordered more than three packets as they won't last long - good excuse to make another order soon!

These wonderful crunchy biscuits are only made better with hot fresh coffee, the ginger flavour though subtle adds a dimension to them.

I sometimes sandwich two of them together with vanilla ice cream for a quick and easy dessert. I would suggest keeping them in an airtight tin once opened to retain the distinctive crunch and flavour.

McVities Ginger Nuts are my favorite of all ginger cookies. They are extremely crunchy and extremely pungent with that wonderful ginger warmth that starts in the back of your mouth and throat. I have a hard time putting them down once I start eating them, and I am ashamed to say I sometimes wake up with crumbs in the bed!

It is only fitting that right now, as I type this review I am crunching through some McVities Ginger nuts.

They are an old favourite of mine and in the name of research I ordered some from BCS just to write this review :)

The firm biscuits are extremely crunchy and tempt you to take bite after bite. Eating them is fun.

Now, they are even more gingery which somehow manages to make the taste even better without actually being overpowering. McVities have a big thumbs up from me!

Mc'Vities Ginger Nuts are as they say more Gingery than I remember them I could hardly wait for my order to arrive, kettle was on standby, what bliss a cuppa and Mcvities Ginger Nuts. I should have ordered more they are nearly all gone oh well they will be on my next order. A great product.

The most delicious tasting Mc'Vities biscuit out of their whole range. For me, it even out beats their chocolate digestive. Ginger nuts are so crisp, crunchy and hard to resist that once a packet is open, I have to be careful not to finish the lot! The wonderful gingery taste goes so well with coffee, and once dunked they become slightly chewy. I wouldn't be without them.

We couldn't live without our McVities Ginger Nuts when we first came to France. Our son used to bring 48 pkts over at a time when visiting. However, since we have found the British Corner Shop we do not need to 'stockpile' so much. The problem now is that our French friends and neighbours love them so much that I hesitate to put them in the biscuit barrel when they arrive - we like to keep them for ourselves.

Excellent value for money and probably the best ginger nuts on the market. I do sometimes make my own, which beat these in flavour, but they don't stay crisp for long so it's not really what you want from a biscuit. I enjoy these with my coffee, ginger and coffee go surprisingly well. Apart from their pungent zingy flavour, I love the slight golden syrup chewiness that they have after you've dunked them. Delicious.

These weren't my favourite biscuits when I was a child, perhaps because they are quite spicy, but I've fallen in love with them as an adult. They are very crunchy and not too sweet. Perfect on their own, not the best biscuits for dunking (I don't like ginger flavoured tea) they are absolutely fantastic as a base for cheesecake.

I enjoyed these Ginger Nuts, but found them a bit dry and not the same flavour I recalled from my days in U.K. There was another product called Ginger Snaps which I think is a bit sweeter and had a "glaze" on top -- also very good for dunking in tea.

To dunk or not to dunk, that is the question. They do stay firm in tea, but they are just as delicious eaten alone or at the same time as a cup of tea.

Wonderful texture, crunchiness and especially flavour. They ought to come with a "health" warning though: they are soooo moreish. Those packets from the British Corner Shop just disappear far too quickly.

Ginger Nuts are the 'non plus ultra' of ginger biscuits. Nothing beats them with afternoon tea especially when they are dunked in it - a habit which was disapproved when I was young and lived in UK, but I can now indulge in at leisure! Only problem is that the packet doesn't last long enough.

McVities Ginger Nuts have been around forever, literally! They are packaged in a familiar orange wrapping, in the shape of a cylinder - you can't miss them.

Once open they need to be stored in an airtight container. Ginger Nuts are a timless biscuit - they are very crunchy (although I like to dip them in my tea!) theyhave a stronge taste of ginger and they are very more-ish.

They are suitable for vegetarians and are 47 calories per biscuit - so not the end of the world to have a couple with a cup of tea.

10/10 for me!

A comforting reminder of home. My husband a ginger addict loves them. They are crisp and perfect with tea and coffee. The first thing to go when we have ex pat and French visitors. Also good when blitzed in the blender to use as a base for a ginger or lemon cheesecake instead of the usual Digestives. Keep them airtight in storage.

I must say that after not eating ginger nuts in more than 30 years , when they arrived they made my day. They have not changed one bit the taste, the crunchy hard ginger nuts that tingle your taste buds. Thanks to BCS I can eat McVities biscuits again.

Nothing beats McVities Ginger Nuts with a nice cup of tea. I usually never dip my biscuits in hot beverages, but Ginger Nuts are just as nice soft as they are crunchy.

One is never enough so the packet usually gets finished fast, this can be good though as they can loose their crunchiness quite quickly.

These are the original and the best ginger nuts you can buy. They feature a stong yet not overly powering ginger flavour with some other spice mixed in. A nice crunchy biscuit, for best results you should store them in a tin or a zip lock bag after opening to retain the crunch.
