Nature valley Granola bars are very crunchy and full of goodness. They are similar to other products on the market but they are a bit higher quality. They are not low in sugar so it is great to have before a workout or when you need energy, like for breakfast for example but you should stick to nuts and vegetables if you fancy a small snack.
