These are so sweet they don't need add sugar to them. My favourite recipe for this is shredded red cabbage, add a can of mandarin segments, grated carrots, some dried cranberries, a handful of pine nuts and toss with a dressing.

These orange segments are lovely just as they are but they can become part of a spectacular dessert.
Melt a large bar of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate and put one table spoon of chocolate in a paper muffin case. Gently swirl around until the chocolate covers the inside of the paper case then refrigerate until hardened.
Melt Robertsons marmalade ( half a jar) in the micro wave, set aside to cool.
Arrange oranges in chocolate cases spoon over melted marmalade and refrigerate until ready to serve.
The chocolate and the marmalade are both readily available at BCS.

This is the craziest thing that I buy from BCS. It doesn't make any sense, as I live in a country with oranges and mandarins on trees all around, but we can't buy them packaged here.
