I cannot recommend this coffee highly enough! It works perfectly in a cafeteria and I add one tablespoon per person to make a medium-strength coffee. The aroma is incredible and the taste is not at all bitter. It also tastes fabulous in a coffee and walnut cake! I order it on a regular basis now.
