The 'straight to the wok' part about these Amoy medium noodles convinced me to try them, to save time more than anything else. I don't think I'll be using them again,they were quite tasteless and didn't soak up any of the flavours of my Chow Mein. Pity really, the idea is a good one.

Amoy straight to wok are not the best stir fry noodles at all for me. First of all, they are cramped in the plastic bag, meaning that if you try to separate them slightly before pouring them in the pan, you will break most of them. Moreover, they are tasteless and it takes a while for them to soak up any flavour.

Unfortunately this product arrived past its sell by date, so I wasn't able to taste these lovely noodles. However I sent British Corner Shop an e-mail explaining what had happened and they refunded me right away. That just goes to show what a reliable and serious company they are. Thanks.
