Amoy stir fry roasted peanut satay is an item i have been using for a long while and the whole family seem to enjoy it but i confess to having two ways of using this great tasty satay which has wonderful spices and the added benefit of peanuts!! yes add it to stir fry as it gives the dish an added bonus to an already great dish but i also serve it warmed with the addition of skewered chicken cubes and a side salad divine
