Delicious sauce, not too garlicky. I love it. I usually buy sweet and sour sauces, but this is a great alternative, and I used it with thin strips of turkey breast. To make sure that I don't leave any flavour behind, having squeezed out as much as possible of the sauce, I add a drop of water to the packet and swish it around. I'll definitely buy this again.

Perfect sauce for a nice comforting dish of prawns or chicken. Lovely exotic taste. I was doubtful that everyone would enjoy it but it was a big success, including with 2 tricky teenagers. One sachet goes a long way, easily for 2 people or more. I will order again because it makes it so easy to make a nice tasty meal in no time !

I love to cook homemade Asian recipes at home because it is tastier, healthier and cheaper than takeaways. Blue dragon is one of my favourite brands, it is a bit expensive yet it is great quality. Just add duck, chicken or prawns as well as rice or noodles and some wok vegetables and you have a great meal ready in 10 minutes. Delicious, and always a winner!

When we first realised that there is no Hoi Sin sauce to be found anywhere in France, we asked friends driving to the UK to pick some up for us. They texted to report lots of choice, so we told them to bring back one of each to sample. Blue Dragon Hoi Sin and Garlic Stir Fry Sauce came out head and shoulders above the others and, without glass containers to pay for, it is also much more economical and eco-friendly. The only downside is if you don't finish the sachet - but thanks to its gorgeous rich taste that happens only very rarely.

Chinese style food is a meal I enjoy once a week or so thanks to BCS stocking Blue Dragon sauce mixes.
Hoisin and Garlic is a favourite with a rich sweet "treacly" flavour. A rich deep brown in colour, it is ideal with duck, pork or chicken.
A sachet is said to be enough for two helpings, but I love it so much that ........!

Good consistency and the flavour was nice. I found it to be a little sweet. Definitely good as a base to which you can add other ingredients to flavour your dish, to your own personal liking. I added it to stir fried veggies and a little bit to soy sauce and served for four people, all enjoyed it!

Hoi Sin and garlic stir fry sauce from Blue Dragon is one of the best stir fry sauces I had. I like the sweet taste in it and I always add a lot more of fresh garlic.
Perfect for the chicken or prawns.
I serve it with noodles or some rice.

Very tasty and thick sauce though a little too sweet for my liking. I made a stir fry of tiny cubes of chicken with some chopped onion, beansprouts and some cooked noodles. It made a very nice chow mein I admit, though I added some dark soy sauce to take some of the sweetness away. The sachet looks very small but it's enough for a chow mein for two. Will buy again.
