This sauce is not only convenient it also tastes very good indeed. I try to eat lots of fresh vegetables as not only is it healthy but I also love them. I cut up lots and add them to a wok with cubed cooked chicken add this great sauce and heat it through. I then have two generous dinners and next to no clean up - this sauce is a real winner!

The purists will decry the use of a sauce mix from a sachet as not giving an authentic taste.
Maybe, but the sauce mixes from Blue Dragon do help one achieve a very tasty dish with minimal effort.
I find the sauce far more sweet than sour and I like to ensure plenty of diced peppers and fresh pineapple to add a little acidity to the taste.
