One of my favourite Blue Dragon sauces. These sauces have really helped bring my veggie game up a level, especially as you can't get sauces like these where I am, just marinades and spices which really aren't the same. This one has a bit of heat and spiciness which is really nice. I do find though that the twoperson serving advertised is a bit ambitious I'll happily eat the whole thing with just my veggies, and using only half the sachet really doesn't give much of a taste. Maybe too many veggies?

I like to have different Blue Dragon sauces in my cupboard. The perfect solution to create a great tasting dish in no time. I think this is probably the family favourite. Goes well with chicken and pork, even shrimps were a success with some extra veg in a pan.

If you can use a knife, a pair of scissors and a frying pan you cannot fail to make a delicious chinese style dish.
Trim and cube some breast of chicken or some lean pork with the knife, trim the top off the sachet of sauce with the scissors and put the whole lot into a hot frying pan - a wok is better as you can toss everything around without spilling. No skill required - which suits me nicely.
Seriously though this sauce is one of the tastiest, not too sweet a nice touch of piquancy and without an overpowering garlic taste.

Nice, mildly spicy and sweet and so very easy to use. Stores great in the cupboard for those times you want to create a fast meal with good flavours. This is not my favourite Blue Dragon sauce,but I would definitely buy it again as it can be added to so many different ingredients and is very tasty.

Sweet chilli and garlic is one of my favourite sauces from Blue Dragon range and I always like to have a few of them.
It is so easy to cook nice meal,you cant get it wrong and they are perfect for dishes a little bit different. This sauce is perfect for veg or meat stir fry.
