Bisto Parsley Sauce does not taste like a packet sauce at all! It genuinely tastes homemade and all you have to do is add boiling water! It's ready in minutes and tastes so creamy. There is plenty of parsley in it you really don't need to add anything more. We serve it with fish and ham but it also works well with chicken.

If you want to know how I feel about Bisto, just check out my review on the Gravy Nation's Favourite. This was the 2nd Bisto I tried: did I love it or did I love it. Again, why is this not available in shops in Belgium? I cannot get my head around it. Loved the tip from Randi from Norway and followed his example for my first try of this sauce with a nice piece of cod. Not having it with asparagus for the moment because they are imported from Peru and I do not wish to eat food with such a gigantic ecological food print, but I will be ready for next spring when Belgian asparagus will be available again. A special thank you to Travis for his packing of our last order.

Bisto Parsley Sauce Granules really make a lovely parsley sauce - and in only minutes. The reason I am writing this review today is that I just now enjoyed a big plate of fresh green asparagus with lashings of this sauce. I added slightly less boiling water so it was extra thick and unctuous and sprinkled some fresh parsley over it - it was delicious!
