English provender very lazy garlic is ideal for the cook such as myself very lazy bone idle!! iv been called all of them!! don't get me wrong fresh is best but as not always available then this little beauty suits me down to the ground as it enhances lots of dishes where you want the garlic flavour to shine through!!! and what makes it even better and easier is that its ready to go!! just take the lid off great flavour

I have to disagree with the previous reviewer, I thought Very Lazy garlic was perfect to use in cooking, I thought the taste was strong enough without being overpowering and the garlic pieces became very crunchy after cooking which I enjoy. It is perfect to use in sauces, stir frys and salads.

I tend to use a lot of garlic when cooking but always find it tedious to peel and chop the cloves.
I thought "Lazy Garlic" would be the solution to my tedium. Wrong!
The vinegar although not excessively strong does have enough piquancy to contaminate the flavours of the food and the garlic loses its impact.
Good for using as a salad dressing but, for me, not in cooking.
