I have used several Very Lazy products and their red onion relish is one of my favourite products in the world. It is very handy to have peeled ginger at hand,whether it is for sushi night or a homemade Asian stir fry. They also remain fresh and crunchy a few months after the jar has been open, which is also great.
A very useful store cupboard standby, especially for those "Chinese" evenings when the local supermarket has closed! It is very economical, as use only use what you need with no waste -age. And the bonus is that all the hard work in peeling and chopping is already done for you
