Wasn't sure what to expect with this item! would it be the same consistency as red or brown sauce? Well Geo Watkins mushroom ketchup is not as thick as those products but certainly tastes good with a selection of different foods!! great addition to stews and casseroles , I have also added it to stir fry and that turned out to be a great success!! also great as a marinade for different meats!! very tasty

I have been wanting to try this stuff for years! I finally got some! It reminds me of a cross between the good flavours of Worcestershire sauce and the saltiness of soy sauce. Saltier than I imagined, but yet it is very tasty! I recommend this for steaks!
