Really, this is perfect for when I'm feeling too lazy to chop garlic or deal with cleaning the garlic crusher. Also fantastic if you want to add a garlicky flavour to something but maintain a lumpfree or liquid texture. Honestly, fresh garlic can sometimes have a bitter or sour aroma when it's a bit past its best, which this never does, so it's a great idea to have some on hand at all times, since so many recipes call for garlic.

I'm very fond of garlic and this is a very accessible way of using it. Of course it would be cheaper to use the basic vegetable but because my health is poor it's worth the expense of the tube. To be aware, it is in oil so the tube needs shaking a bit before use.
