Gia Sun-Dried Tomato Puree is a must-have in my kitchen. It has a nice mild flavor and adds the perfect flavour to all of my dishes. Just a small amount is all that is needed, which makes it an economical choice for those who like to add a little something special to their recipes.

Very good for all kinds of tomato dishes and sauces. Very aromatic. It just tastes like summer in Italy.
The storage instructions say: consume in 1 month after opening but I'm sure it will be OK for at least 2 or 3 months in the fridge with the screw cap on.

Nice alternative to regular tomato puree. It also saves you having to buy sun dried tomatoes, which can be hard to find sometimes if you son't have the right shops near you.
The flavour is really good, and it really adds that little extra to any dish. I make pasta sauces and pizza base sauce with this mostly but can be added to anything that needs a little lift.
I've used a small bit in soups too to give a bit of oomph, and it really works.

This really is an amazing new product. The flavour is intense and it's so easy to add to pasta sauces, anything that requires a little extra depth of taste and richness of tomato. It can be used to add to tartlets or sauces at the same time saving the bother of buying sun dried tomatoes all the time! Great idea.
