Hellmann's Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise tastes just as creamy and full of flavour as the original Hellmann's mayonnaise. There is also a nice tang of vinegar which I absolutely love. This mayonnaise makes a great salad, such as seafood, chicken or potato. I also put a layer on chicken, cover with bread crumbs and bake. It makes a nice crunchy coating. All this at only 11 calories per serving. It's the best!

Hellmanns Lighter Than Light Mayonnaise is wonderfully low in calories - far lower than the light mayonnaises available here in Norway. The taste is quite agreeable, with a good deal of the same excellent flavour one finds in original Hellmanns Mayonnaise. It is, however, sweeter - which I would prefer it not to be.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this since it is really low in calories but I was pleasantly surprised. There was quite a strong vinegar tang along with lots of sugar in there but if you want a mayonnaise which is really low in calories then this one is fine. Try it mixed with chopped chicken breast or shrimp to make a nice sandwich filling.
