Cook 200g of pasta, drain and put to one side. Stir-fry four sliced chicken fillets for five minutes, add a clove of chopped garlic and fry for a further two minutes. Stir in 15ml of chopped basil, add the sauce and pasta and heat through.
Transfer the contents of the pan to a shallow oven dish, cover with a layer of grated cheese and grill until crispy and golden. Serve with a side salad.

This is very good. I don't use the jar directions for when I'm making pasta, since I think it makes the noodles a little mushy. However, if you cook the noodles first, and then add the sauce in, with a little bit of the cooking water, it turns out very well. I also use it on chicken, either in the oven or the slow cooker, and it's a huge family favorite, especially with carrots added to it. There are three of us, and one jar is enough for the correct amount of chicken, but I'll sometimes use a jar and a half for pasta.

I really recommend this product. We live in Spain and are not able to buy it locally so we have it sent to us by British Corner Shop. We buy quite a large selection to fill the cupboard as we use these regularly. They are delicious and easy to cook. We are sometimes a bit short of time and it is nice to just put this in the oven and have a really flavoursome meal in a short while. Sometimes we have them on their own and sometimes with chicken or sausage. We are never disappointed. Whilst the jar says serves 4, there are only 2 of us and eaten on its own, it is just enough for us, but if we have meat with it, then it is just a little bit too much. We have also used them was an accompaniment for a barbecue. Pasta bakes are very versatile. Give them a try.

These Homepride sauces are surprisingly good. There is little or no preparation and the end result is quite tasty. The tomato and herb variety makes an excellent lasagna. I add a little grated cheese and some oregano for a more authentic taste. On the jar it says it serves four people but I usually get two servings out of it.

This is my constant in the kitchen cupboard as makes cooking dinner very quick and easy. You simply add the contents of jar to pasta add some water mix it together and cook in the oven. I add some cheese to the top just before it has finished cooking which melts and starts to brown.
