Not a cereal that i would eat every day of the week but i try to enjoy a bowl of Kelloggs bran flakes at least two times a week!! nice bowl of bran flakes with a spoon or two of greek yogurt and same fresh berries liberal splash of milk but not sugar!!! leave a few minutes to infuse whilst making the coffee then sit down to enjoy this very tasty and good for me breakfast

I do like sweet cereal, but sometimes I prefer to scale down my sugar intake and this cereal is great for that! Actually, it might be one of my favourites and you hear this from a teenage. It doesn't stay crunchy for very long, but I like that, it's not very sweet and has that great earthy, wholewheat, grain, bran flavour. Also, you can feel a light barley flavour, which adds a little extra something amazing. Overall, a good healthier cereal, which still tastes great!

My husband and I enjoy Bran Flakes as our breakfast cereal at least twice a week. It has a reduced amount of sugar, especially if we compare it to honey coated or sugar puffed cereals. Very tasty, slightly malty flavour of bran, with a drop of cold milk it's a healthy, filling part of our first meal of the day.
