Being a huge fan of Asian food we find we use this product on a regular basis , whetever type of meal we are making we just prewash Kingfisher sliced water chestnuts and add them to the cooking process shortly before you have finished cooking and there you have a delightful meal cooked easily and with the added benefit of the fresh tasting crunchy water chestnuts
